"Look at all the lonely people, look at all the lonely people". So begins one of the saddest songs of the Beatles, a composition of 1966 speaks of two lonely people pantone who lead a dull life where they can not go back to redirect it. The song is titled as one of the characters, Eleanor Rigby, and there, and the idea of longing for a better time a film emerged. Or rather three. The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby is the story of a couple after a traumatic pantone event that was intended by the director Ned Benson from two points of view in two films. And in the end had a third version ...
The view from her (Jessica Chastain). And the point of view of it (James McAvoy). Two films that have ended up becoming one (reduced to two hours totaling three original) to a more commercial distribution. Today we present the trailer.
