If you are registered on Google+, you can now edit your images online. When a photo is in full screen, click on the "edit" theremin button in the lower right corner and then "Creation Kit".
It includes all the basic photo editing tools in their simplest version: brightness, exposure, sharpness enhancement and even a stain correction tool. It is also possible to add creative filters such as cross processing or partial turn (found in the filter "duo tone").
If you've theremin used Picasa Web Album retouching tools, you will not be out of place because they are exactly the same (tools that came from Picnik, online editing service acquired by Google in March 2010). Google is seen as a step forward in the unification of its services. When will Picasa Web Album in favor of Google+?
On paper, theremin this kind of tool pass for a little gadget but it's still before something relatively powerful. Of course it is far from the power of an editor but casual get retouchers will accommodate.
