The Alt + Tab give the option to switch between programs. If more than one instance of a program runs can choose between these. In Alt + Tab can see which programs run on each workstation, asio4all with those on other workstations after separator. Disable windows can be seen on other workstations with extension in Gnome Tweak Alt + Tab.
The far left button on the top panel, or the word Overview / Activities, moves to an overview of windows asio4all or programs. Also on the panel the date and time that interact with the calendar, audio manager, network manager, battery information, and user menu. The System Settings menu includes user, Logout, Shutdown etc.. Further extensions can be installed as a file manager on the panel via the Gnome Extensions. It can also control elements of the panel by Gnome Tweak.
By moving the mouse over the far left corner hot on top of the screen you will see the overview, and through its move again see the desktop again. This operation can be achieved also through the Windows button / Super on the keyboard, or with Alt + F1. Use Overview - Dash
By click the icon to start the program, or if a program is already running it will open the last window to be used. By click Gano li icon the program will open on a new workstation. A right click opens a menu for that program, which includes opening a new window or choose windows that are already open. + Click on the icon to run a program that opens a new window in the current workspace.
A running program can be added to the favorites menu by right clicking, asio4all or by dragging the program to the dash. Favorite icons can be arranged by dragging them, and remove them from the dash with a right click menu or by dragging them to the trash bin.
